FIELD: tool-making industry, possible use for measuring force, pressure, acceleration, etc.

SUBSTANCE: to achieve the effect, thermo-dependent resistance with positive sign of temperature resistance coefficient is introduced into structure of sensor. One of thermo-dependent resistances Rα is meant for compensation of multiplicative temperature error, and another thermo-dependent resistance Rβ is meant for compensation of additive temperature error. Preliminary adjustment of the circuit for providing vibrating element oscillation support is performed at maximal working temperature. Starting frequency of harmonic oscillations generator and deviation of generator frequency from nominal value of measured parameter are fixed at minimal and maximal working temperatures as well as values of resistances Roc+ and R2+ in inversion adder circuit, at maximal working temperature. Temperature resistance coefficient values αα andαβ are determined for thermo-dependent resistances Rα andRβ respectively. Required values are found for thermo-dependent resistances Rα andRβ and thermo-independent resistances RH and R2H, solving equation systems described in the invention. Nominal values of thermo-dependent resistances Rα andRβ set in the sensor are adjusted up to calculated value. Thermo-dependent resistance Rβ serially with thermo-independent resistance RH and thermo-dependent resistance Rα serially with thermo-independent resistance R2H are coupled into the circuit of the inversion adder.

EFFECT: increased precision when minimizing temperature error of a sensor with vibrating element under conditions of stationary temperature modes.
