FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention claims a method of temperature error compensation for a sensor with vibration element, involving adding of a temperature-dependent resistance sensor with positive temperature resistance coefficient (TRC) of αα. The temperature resistance already attuned has negative TRC αβ. One of the temperature-dependent resistances Rα is aimed at compensation of multiplicative temperature error, while the other temperature-dependent resistance Rβ is aimed at compensation of additive temperature error. Sustaining scheme for vibration element is adjusted at the maximum work temperature in advance. Required values of temperature-dependent resistances Rα and Rβ and temperature-independent resistances R2L and R"1ГН". Values of temperature-dependent and temperature-independent resistances are calculated by an equation system.
EFFECT: improved precision of temperature error minimisation for a sensor with vibration element in stationary temperature modes.
