FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to updating the vibration element pickoff and can be used for measuring forces, pressure, acceleration etc. The proposed method consists in incorporating an extra negative temperature factor heat-dependent capacitance with the vibration pickoff design, since the known pickoff features a resistance positive temperature factor. Heat-dependent resistance Rα compensates a multiplicative temperature error while heat-dependent capacitance Cβ compensates an additive temperature error. The vibration element oscillations maintenance circuit pre-tuning is affected at a maximum operating temperature. The oscillator starting frequency and the oscillator frequency departure from the rated magnitude of the measured parameter is recorded. Temperature factors of resistance αα and capacitance αβ of heat-dependent resistance Rα and capacitance Cβ are calculated, respectively. By solving the set of equations, the required heat-dependent resistance Rα and capacitance Cβ, heat-independent resistance R"2Н" and capacitance C"1ГН".are calculated. By using an electro-erosion or laser adjustment, the rated values of calculated heat-dependent resistance Rα and capacitance Cβ are reduced to designed values.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of minimising vibration element pickoff temperature error at constant temperatures.
