FIELD: instrument industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises introducing a temperature-sensitive resistor having negative temperature resistance coefficient. The first temperature-sensitive resistance is used for compensating multiplicative temperature error, and the second temperature-sensitive resistance is used for compensating additive temperature error. The circuit for control of vibrations of the vibrating member is adjusted at the maximum temperature. The initial frequency of the generator of harmonic oscillations and deviation of the frequency of the generator from the nominal value of measured parameter are measured at minimum and maximum temperature. The values of resistance in the circuit of the inverting adder are also measured at maximum operation temperature. The values of the temperature resistance coefficient of the temperature-sensitive resistances are determined. The required values of the temperature-sensitive resistors and temperature-insensitive resistors are found from a set of equations proposed.
