FIELD: extracting radionuclides from acid solutions of highly radioactive waste in radiochemical industry and recovering spent extractant.
SUBSTANCE: mixture used for the purpose has polyfluorinated alcohol-telomer, 1,1,7-trihydrodedodekafluoroheptanol-1, its chemical formula being H(CF2CF2)n CH2OH, where n - 3, and polyoxyethylene glycol esters of primary synthetic aliphatic alcohols of fraction C12-C14 , general formula being CnH2n + 1O(C2H4O)mH, where n = 12 - 15, m = 2, used as solvent of solutions incorporating macrocyclic compounds chosen from group include crown-esters with unsubstituted aromatic fragments; crown-esters having substituted aromatic fragments incorporating alkyl and/or hydroxyl alkyl substituents of linear and/or branched composition; crown-esters having unsubstituted cyclohexane fragments; crown-esters having substituted fragments incorporating alkyl and/or hydroxyl alkyl substituents of linear and/or branched composition; crown-ester having substituted fragments -O-CHR-CH2O-, where R is normal or branched alkyl or hydroxyl alkyl. Invention also concerns alternatives of extractants for extracting highly active wastes of radiochemical industry and methods for extracting radionuclides and for recovering spent extractants.
