SUBSTANCE: apparatus can be used in maxilla-face surgery. Apparatus has lower and upper fixing areas, top and medium axes, vertical distracter for compression, lower and upper L-shaped distracters, hinge distracters and needle holders. Lower fixing area has base and lower axes, which are both fixed one relative other. Upper axis is fixed against upper fixing area. Needle holders are movable fixed against upper, medium and lower axes. Hinge distracter has upper and lower parts which are movable connected by hinge, which has screw as axis of rotation. Vertical distracter for compression is fixed by nuts against mentioned base. Medium axis and L-shaped distracter are fixed against distracter for compression: l-shaped distracter is fixed movable by nuts. The following units are fixed movable: lower slider - against lower part of hinge distracter and to lower L-shaped distracter. Upper slider is fixed by nuts against top part of hinge distracter. Top L-shaped distracter is movable fixed to top fixing area and against upper slider.

EFFECT: reduced time of treatment; higher efficiency of heavy complications.
