FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of foaming by agitation mixture containing pelletized materials, one or several types of aqueous binder in quantity consisting of 0.1 - 0.5 mass% of mass of pelletized materials; filling shaping cavity with foamed mixture; evaporating water for solidifying mixture and extracting ready mold. Mixture may contain in addition cross-linking agent causing cross-linking reaction with aqueous binder matters in quantity consisting of 5 - 300 mass % of aqueous binder mass. Reaction between cross-linking agent and aqueous binder matters is performed before or after mold extraction from shaping cavity.
EFFECT: lowered quantity of harmful gases separation at pouring melt metal into casting.
