FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; devices used for the compressive molding of the articles made out of the plastics of the type of the caps for closing the vessels.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the device for the compressive molding of the articles made out of the plastics like the caps used for closing the vessels. The technical result of the invention is development of the device for the compressive molding, which is easily adjustable for provision of operations with the plastic material of the different kinds and densities. The technical result is realized by the device of the compressive molding of the plastic articles. The device contains the upper plunger and the lower die having the cavity for molding the article. The plunger and the lower die are made with the capability of motion between the assigned position and the closed position. The feeding tools used for feeding the portion of the plastic material include, at least, one extracting component the sequential extraction of the separate portions from the extruder. At least, one extracting component is intended for transportation of the extracted portion onto the supporting tools for the temporal support of the portion, when the die is removed from the plunger. The tools of activation are intended for actuation of the supporting tools so, that to release the portion into the cavity of the die before the plunger and the lower die will be compressed. At that the supporting tools are installed outside and partially above the upper edge of the lower die.

EFFECT: the invention ensures development of the device for compressive molding, which is easily adjustable for provision of operations with the plastic material of the different kinds and densities.
