FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to machine with vertical wheel and method of compression forming of sealing gaskets inside prefabricated cover cases. Appliance to place moulding gasket material portions is used to place said portions in prefabricated cases. To produce sealing gaskets inside cover cases, moulding machine is used to sequentially receive cover cases from loader and mould material portions. Note here that said moulding machine incorporates wheel to rotate about horizontal axis and multiple injection moulds arranged along the wheel edges and spaced apart in angular direction. Every injection mould comprises first and second segments, the latter being arranged radially outside of the first segment. One segment of the first and second segments comprises cavity to receive prefabricated cover cases, while another segment of the first and second segments comprises core to come in contact with moulding material portions loaded into case and perform compression moulding.
