FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device for molding of plastic sealing facility includes puncheon unit that contains central molding finger and external bushing of finger, inside of which finger is located, and which interact with matrix for creation of molding cavity for molding of plastic sealing facility. Sealing facility has section of top wall and annular section of skirt. Unit of puncheon and matrix displace in respect to each other for opening of molding cavity for removal of molded sealing device from the free end of central molding finger. Unit of puncheon creates at least one air passage that passes in axial direction between central molding finger and external bushing of finger. Air passage has communication by flowing medium with molding cavity, in order to provide direction of compressed air into molded plastic sealing facility after removal from matrix to facilitate removal of molded plastic sealing facility from the central molding finger for facilitation of mechanical tearing of molded sealing facility from molding finger. At that device includes multiple air passages that pass in axial direction between central molding finger and external bushing of finger. Stretching of molded plastic sealing facility in external direction in the moment of ejection from molding finger, makes it possible to considerably reduce the forces that affect sealing facility in process of ejection, thus reducing quantity of sealing facility cooler, which is required in process of molding cycle prior to ejection. Therefore, considerably higher speeds of compression molding device operation may be achieved.

EFFECT: improvement of high-speed production of sealing facilities.
