FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises wheel (22) rotating about horizontal axis and multiple compression moulds (52) distributed with angular spacing around said wheel. Every compression mould comprises first and second segments of mould (52), second segment being arranged radially outside of the first segment. At least, one first or second segment of every mould (52) moves radially relative to another segment between closed and open position of plastic product compression moulding, both position being spaced apart to allow withdrawal of moulded product from mould and loading of said mould for moulding another plastic product. Wheel (22) is coupled with motor (26) driving said wheel about horizontal axis. First and second segments of mould (52) comprises segments of male and female dies aligned along axis perpendicular to horizontal axis to form compression cavity in closed position. There are pull-of springs arranged between wheel and mould segments.
EFFECT: production of plastic corking caps or their inserts, reduced requirements to servicing and power consumption.
