FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods aimed at prevention of unauthorized use of vehicles. According to proposed method, prior to application of unique individual marking onto articles and/or parts of vehicle, being unique code, checking of individual letter-and-digit marking codes applied to surfaces of vehicle articles and/or parts by manufacture with data of vehicle entered into vehicle Certificate by authorities having the right to issue said Certificate is carried out, then unique letter-and-digit code is formed including graphic elements being unique individual marking, according to unique individual algorithm determined by vehicle owner and/or other authorized person and/or organization with provision of privacy. Stencil is made of paper impregnated in solution resistant to chemical agent and/or plastic, whose shaped cuts are made at right and/or canted angle to form unique code. Marking is applied, being unique code, to surfaces of articles and/or parts of vehicle made of glass and/or plastic and/or synthetic or organic material and/or colored metal using chemical substance in solution through stencil with said shaped cuts and/or without use of stencil to form unique individual marking on surfaces of articles and/or parts of vehicle. Data on code and/or place/places of its application on surfaces of articles and/or of vehicle are entered into electronic data bank of marker of unique individual marking and/or other authority providing search, manufacture and/or insurance of vehicle. Document also protected by unique individual marking is handed over to owner and/or other person and/or organization, said document being made and registered by marker of unique individual making and it contains data on unique code and/or place or places of its application and/or coded data of presence on articles and/or parts of vehicle of said unique code. This document can be used at checking and/or searching and/or investigation actions and for additional determination of belonging of vehicle.
EFFECT: improved reliability and provision of quick determination of belonging of vehicle to a person.
