METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF THE ALKALI METALS PHOSPHATES Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C01B25/00

Abstract RU 2318724 C1

FIELD: chemical industry; food processing industry; textile industry; glass industry; paint and varnish industry; other industries; methods of production of the alkali metals phosphates.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the different phosphate salts of the alkali metals, for example such as monopotassium phosphate, disodium phosphate, trisodium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, etc. The produced salts may be used in different industries, in particular, in chemical (including, production of fertilizers and feed phosphate), alimentary, textile, glass, paint-and-varnish, and also for water softening, in the photograph etc. The method of production of the alkali metals phosphates provides for treatment of the phosphorus-containing component with carbonates and-or the alkali metals hydroxides in the aqueous medium at the temperature of 85-105°С, the further filtration of the obtained mixture and reprocessing of the separated solution to obtain the marketable product. In the capacity of the phosphorus-containing component take ammophos and-or monocalcium phosphate and treat it with the alkali metals carbonates and-or the alkali metals hydroxides up to the level of extraction of Р2О3 equal to 90-95 %, varying рН of the mediums and the time of commixing of the components. Depending on the composition of the of the obtained product рН of the medium sustain equal from рН - 4 up to рН - 12. Ammophos and-or monocalcium phosphate previously admix with the water and into the obtained suspension introduce the dry alkali metals carbonates and-or hydroxides. Into the solution of the alkali metals carbonates and-or hydroxides introduce the dry ammophos and-or monocalcium phosphate. The method allows to produce any phosphates of the alkali metals with simultaneous production of the fertilizer, and it is more simple in the technological aspect and practically wasteless.

EFFECT: the invention presents the rather simple and practically wasteless method of production of any alkali metals phosphates with simultaneous production of the fertilizer.
