FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is dealing with visbreaking and thermal cracking processes. Plant comprises furnace to heat crude material, external reactor to perform thermal destruction, rectification column to separate thermal products, and heat-exchangers. Reactor is provided with cooling jacket with connecting pipes to introduce and to withdraw cooling agent (circulation reflux of rectification column) and additionally provided, in its bottom section, with conduit to supply "cold jet" of column bottom residue. In a second embodiment of invention, connecting pipe for introducing feed stock is disposed in bottom section of reactor and cold jet-supply conduit in its top section, whereas reactor is provided with sinking-type plates.
EFFECT: prevented coking, improved quality of products, and increased productivity of plant.
