FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in petroleum industry to receive coke. The procedure for oil residues thermal degradation includes heating of the raw material in an oven and introduction to the reactor with further coking. The coking process is carried out in two stages in sequence and continuously in the same reactor of the delayed coking unit with maintenance of pressure at the first stage below the atmospheric pressure (0.01-0.08 MPa), and at the second stage - of excessive pressure (0.3-0.6 MPa) with further transfer of the above stages to the second reactor and further repetition of coking stages in the first and second reactors. Flows of the raw material are supplied to the reactors separately from each oven coil. Distillate coking products of the first stage are outputted to the vacuum system obtaining heavy part of distillate vacuum products - heavy vacuum gasoil, light part of distillate vacuum products - light vacuum gasoil as well as gas and vapour distillate vacuum products. Distillate coking products of the second stage are supplied to the rectification tower with output of heavy coker gas oil for further joined thermal cracking of the above heavy gas oils at temperature of 500-530°C and discharge of thermal cracking products and light part and gas and vapour of the distillate vacuum products to the rectification tower.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing output of the standard delayed coking units (DCU) and increasing output and quality of the distillate products with simultaneous reducing of high-sulphur oil coke.
