FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in rotary machines to which higher requirements as to high speed and possibility of repeated startings and stoppings are placed. According to proposed method, layer by layer plasma deposition with separated delivery of powder tin and aluminum to exit of nozzle of plasma generator is carried out in two steps. At first step main layer is deposited by delivering powder aluminum alloy A06 onto preliminarily prepared deposited sublayers under exit of nozzle of plasma generator. When main layer of required thickness is formed, without stopping delivery of alloy A06, second stage of deposition is started to form working layer by simultaneous delivery of powder tin under exit of nozzle of plasma generator, powder material AS06 of the same content of components being delivered together with powder tin. Second step of deposition is stopped when required thickness of antifriction layer is formed. Powder alloy A06 is fed under exit of plasma generator along two tubes, and powder tin, along third tube, with arrangement of feed tubes at 120° relative to each other.
EFFECT: increased service life, improved corrosion resistance, increased gripping load, simplified process of deposition, reduced cost of manufacture and restoration of thin-walled shells.
