FIELD: incineration of waste, particularly thermal treatment of oil-contaminated ground by pyrolysis without hazardous substance discharge in the air.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises gas-generators installed in vehicle body provided with hydraulic load handling means. Gas-generators have heat-insulating cases and tanks provided with air-tight lids and are adapted to receive detachable perforated cassettes filled with oil-contaminated ground. The cassettes are arranged on stiffening ribs and are placed on perforated trays. Cassette and working gas-generator chamber interior define sealed air-heating cavity. Exposed electric heater is installed in the sealed air-heating cavity. Current is supplied to electric heater from electric generator of internal-combustion engine. Flue and combustible gases produced by oil product pyrolysis pass into condenser from air-heating gas-generator chamber cavity via gas conduits to obtain liquid fuel. Liquid fuel is partly mixed with air in condenser tank and are sucked with air-intake means pump for said mixture conveyance to working internal-combustion engine chambers. Heat-insulated gas-generator includes sealed peripheral cavity provided with suction air ventilation system. Air enters said system through perforated case orifices and is heated. After that air intake means pump sucks heated air and conveys it to condenser tank for air mixing with non-condensed portion of combustible and flue gases. Condenser is built in boiler to generate hot domestic water. The boiler uses water engine cooling system for water heating. Exhaust gases move from engine to hazardous gas catalyst via manifold pipes and then enter exhaust pipe.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of ground cleaning.
