FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in start of internal combustion engine and actuation of electric generator, exit of exhaust gases with temperature of not more than 800°C from outlet header of internal combustion engine, which is included in electric power plant composition, via heat-insulated pipe to jacket of reactor for its warming-up and heating of loading chamber with their further emission to atmosphere through exhaust pipe. When temperature of 100°C is reached in loading chamber, wastes prepared for processing are loaded to it, where they are pre-heated to temperature of 100°C. When temperature of 500-700°C is reached in reactor, heated wastes are supplied from loading chamber to reactor. Gases formed in reactor during thermal degradation of wastes are supplied to gas line and after cleaning to heat exchanger in which they are cooled. Gases condensed in heat exchanger in the form of liquid fraction are collected in special capacity for further processing. Non-condensed gases are supplied to inlet header of internal combustion engine, where, being mixed with air, they are neutralised in combustion chamber of internal combustion engine at temperature of up to 2000°C. Product of thermal processing of raw materials, after pyrolysis process is completed, is supplied to unloading chamber.
EFFECT: electric energy generated with electric power plant can be used for other domestic needs, and not for immediate thermal processing of domestic and industrial organic wastes.
