FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal processing of domestic and industrial wastes by pyrolysis without emission of harmful gases into environment. Method of thermal processing of domestic and industrial wastes, including start-up of internal combustion engine in the form of diesel engine and electric generator drive, supply of heated to 3,000–4,000 °C exhaust gases of diesel engine to induction furnace and their heating to temperature of at least 10,000 °C high-frequency currents, supply of heated exhaust gases under thermally insulated sealed housing along working chamber of gas generator, heated to temperature of pyrolysis process beginning, pyrolysis of heat treatment materials in a working chamber of the gas generator to produce a mixture of combustible and flue gases and products of thermal processing of initial materials, gas outlet by means of cavitation pump through upper discharge holes in working chamber of mixture of combustible and flue gases with water vapors and their supply to heat exchanger, supply of obtained condensate in the form of low-octane fuel in combustible mixture with physically-chemically bound water under action of vacuum into rarefied diesel combustion chamber. Cooled combustible and flue gases in the pipeline on the way to the air intake of the diesel engine are annealed in the furnace to temperature over 12,000 °C high-frequency currents with full decomposition of fractions of furan-dioxin and chlorine-bifinil, after which they are sent to rapidly cooled down to temperature less than 6,000 °C heat exchanger without air oxygen access and atmosphere pressure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in complete elimination of hazardous gas emissions during pyrolysis of garbage residues without their self-recovery.
