FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises analogue-digital converter, computer, and information storage connected in series. The computer has N programmable down-converting low-frequency filters and Nxn band filters, where N is the number of frequency intervals and n is the number of frequency bands extracting in each frequency interval. N and n are integers larger than unity. The output of the analogue-digital converter is connected with the input of the down-converting low-frequency filter and inputs of the band filter of the first frequency interval. The output of the low-frequency filter of previous frequency interval is connected with the input of the low-frequency filter and outputs of the band filters of the subsequent frequency interval. The outputs of the band filters for the frequency intervals from the first to the N-th interval are connected with the inputs of the information storage.

EFFECT: reduced body of transmitted information.
