SUBSTANCE: method includes in survey of vibration acoustic signal from the reducer case, compare the extreme values of the linear deformation function of each of the teeth in the phase area of the vibration acoustic signal, taking into account the tooth frequency signal and compare with the allowable deformation parameter of the teeth according to the previously established results of the gear typical tests.
EFFECT: increase of the selection reliability in the vibration acoustic signal, surveyed from the engine reducer case, the characteristics of the gear teeth deviations from the nominal state.
