FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: 24-multiple pulsation frequency dc source intends for conversion of ac voltage to direct current for feeding thrust loads of electric transport and electro-technical assemblies fed by direct current. It has four three-phase symmetric emf systems. Like voltage vectors of sources are phase shifted for 15 electric degrees. Dc current also has 33 rectifiers which are used to form two six-rectifier stars - one anode and the other cathode -, and three four-rectifier rings. Rectifiers of rings are connected by like electrodes. Units of any bridge, which units are formed by anodes of rectifiers, are connected in series opposition by couple of rectifiers, being like-directed with rectifiers of units to be connected. Their cathodes form diagonal units. Units, formed by cathodes, are used to connect rings in common ring. Unit formed by anodes of rectifiers of first ring is connected with anode of rectifier which has cathode connected with diagonal unit of second unit. Correspondingly, unit formed by anodes of rectifiers of second ring is connected by rectifier with diagonal unit of third ring. Unit formed by anodes of rectifiers of third ring is connected with diagonal unit of first ring. Anode star has its cathodes of corresponding rectifiers connected with corresponding phase outputs of first three-phase symmetric emf system source and with units, formed by anodes of rectifiers. Cathodes of corresponding rectifiers are connected to corresponding phase outputs of second source and to units formed by anodes of rectifiers. Cathode star has anodes of corresponding rectifiers connected to corresponding phase outputs of fourth source and to diagonal units of first, second and third rings. Cathode star has anodes of corresponding rectifiers connected with phase outputs of third source and with points of connection of first and second, second and third, and third and first rings. Common points of connection of rectifiers of cathode and anode of rectifier stars form output terminals of device.
