FIELD: radio engineering and communications; broadband analog signal attenuation in miscellaneous analog integrated circuits.
SUBSTANCE: proposed differential amplifier has main differential stage 1 built around first and second input transistors 2 and 3, respectively, incorporating reference-current supply 4 in their common emitter circuit and inputs 5, 6 coupled with bases of its first and second transistors 2 and 3; output cascade amplifier built around input transistors 7 and 8 whose collectors are coupled with first current reflector 9, bases are integrated and connected to bias voltage supply 10 and emitters are connected to current outputs 11 and 12 of main differential stage 1, as well as relevant common-mode current outputs 13, 14 of second current reflector controlled with respect to auxiliary input 15 of second current reflector 16. Connected to main differential stage 1 are inputs of additional differential stage incorporating reference current supply 19 in common emitter circuit whose current outputs 20, 21 are connected to auxiliary input 15 of second current reflector 16.
EFFECT: enhanced attenuation of common-mode component.
