FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplifying analog signals, in structure of analog microchips of various functional purpose (for example, in operational amplifiers).

SUBSTANCE: cascade differential amplifier contains input parallel-balance cascade (1) on input transistors (2 and 3), bases of which are inputs (4 and 5) of cascade differential amplifier, and emitters are connected to supporting current supply (6), emitters of transistors (7,8 and 9) with combined bases are connected through current-stabilizing dipoles (10,11 and 12) to bus of first power supply (13), where emitter of transistor (7) is connected to collector of transistor (2), and emitter of transistor (8) is connected to collector of transistor (3), and collectors of transistors (7 and 8) are the first (14) and the second (15) outputs of cascade differential amplifier. Introduced also into circuit for increasing weakening coefficient of input cophased signal are additional transistors (16) and 17, bases of which are connected to corresponding bases of transistors (2) and (3), collectors are connected to emitter of transistor (9), emitters are connected to supporting current supply (6), where supporting current supply (6) is made on transistor (18), emitter of which is connected to bus of second current supply (19), base is connected to collector of transistor (9), and combined bases of transistors (7,8 and 9) are connected to additional shifting voltage supply (20).

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
