FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier comprises an input differential cascade, the first and the second output transistors, a bias circuit, the first and second auxiliary resistors, the first and second load dipoles, the first and second additional transistors, the first current-stabilising dipole, the first and second buffer amplifiers, the first and second additional resistors.
EFFECT: development of conditions, under which the output static cophased voltage of the differential amplifier will have high stability and zero voltage in case of unstable parameters of load elements, resistors of input transistors' emitter circuits and supply voltages.
