DIFFERENTIAL INPUT CASCADE OF FAST ACTION OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC H03F3/45

Abstract RU 2319290 C1

FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplification of analog signals, in structure of analog microchips of various functional purposes (for example, in fast action differential operational amplifiers, working with two signals, having a cophased component).

SUBSTANCE: differential input cascade contains input transistors (1) and (2), bases of which are connected to inputs (3) and (4) of differential input cascade, collectors are connected to outputs (5) and (6) of differential input cascade, matched with bus of first power supply (7), and emitters - through first (8) and second (9) matching resistors are connected to corresponding emitters of output transistors (10) and (11). Input (3) of differential input cascade is connected to base of input transistor (12), emitter of which through primary potential shifting circuit (13) is connected to base of input transistor (10) and to first supporting current supply (14). Input (4) of differential input cascade is connected to base of input transistor (15), emitter of which through second potential shifting circuit (16) is connected to base of output transistor (11) and to second supporting current supply (17), where collectors of output transistors (10) and (11) are connected to outputs of differential input cascades (18) and (19), matched with bus of second power supply (20). To increase weakening coefficient of cophased signal collectors of input transistors (12) and (15) are connected to input of current amplifier (21) and supporting current supply (22), where supporting current supplies (14) and (17) are made on transistors (23) and (24) with their connection according to circuit with common emitter, and bases of these transistors (23) and (24) are combined and connected to output of current amplifier (21).

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
