FIELD: radio and communications engineering; various microelectronic analog-signal amplifiers and converters using low-voltage power supplies.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has two differential stages incorporating current-regulating two-terminal networks 3, 4 and 8, 9, and current outputs 13 - 16; second lead of current-regulating two-terminal network 8 is connected to second current output 14; second lead of fourth current-regulating two-terminal network 9 is connected to current output 13; second lead of current-regulating two-terminal network 3 is coupled with fourth current output 16; second lead of current-regulating two-terminal network 4 is connected to third current output 15.
EFFECT: enhanced attenuation constant of input common-mode signal, enlarged variation range of common-mode voltages.
