FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplifying analog signals, in the structure of analog microchips of various functional purposes (for example, in operational amplifiers, comparators).
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier contains input parallel-balanced cascade (1) with differential inputs (2,3), first, second, third and fourth output transistors (4-7), bases of which are combined and connected to shift voltage supply (8), while combined emitters of transistors (4,5) are connected to first output (9) of cascade (1) and through first current-stabilizing dipole (10) are connected to bus of first power supply (11), combined emitters (6,7) are connected to second output (12) of cascade (1) and through second current-stabilizing dipole (13) are connected to bus of power supply (11), while between collectors of transistors (5,6) and bus of second power supply (16) a load circuit (17) is coupled. First and second current-stabilizing dipoles (10,13) are made on the basis of first and second auxiliary transistors (18,19), emitters of which are connected to bus of first power supply (11), collectors of transistors (4,7) are connected to additional supporting current supply (20), while a potential matching circuit (21) is coupled between collectors of transistors (4,7) and combined bases of transistors (18,19).
EFFECT: increased coefficient of weakening of input cophased signal.
