FIELD: radio and communications engineering; analog signal amplifiers, miscellaneous analog integrated circuits (operational amplifiers, comparators, and the like).
SUBSTANCE: proposed differential amplifier supplied with power from low-voltage source has input parallel-balance stage 1 built around n-p-n transistors 2 and 3 whose integrated emitters are connected to first lead of current-stabilizing two-terminal network 4, parallel-balance stage 5 built around p-n-p transistors 6 and 7 whose integrated emitters are connected to first lead of current-stabilizing two-terminal network 8; common-mode inputs of parallel-balance stages 1 and 5 are interconnected and connected to inputs of differential amplifiers 9 and 10; output 11 of parallel-balance stage 1 is connected to input 12 of current mirror 13 interfaced with bus of plus power supply 14; output 15 of parallel-balance stage 5 is connected to input 16 of current mirror 17 interfaced with bus of minus power supply 18 whose collector output is connected to output of differential amplifier 19 and to collector output of current mirror 13. Newly introduced in amplifier circuit are additional current mirrors 20 and 21 built around complementary transistors whose collector outputs are connected to differential amplifier output; input of current mirror 20 is connected to second lead of current-stabilizing two-terminal network 8 and input of second current mirror 21 is connected to second lead of current-stabilizing two-terminal network 4.
EFFECT: enhanced attenuation constant of differential-amplifier common-mode input signals and noise suppression ratio with respect to power supply.
