SUBSTANCE: the present innovation should be manufactured due to cutting and marinating pork in the mixture of sherry, hot black pepper and karri followed by breading it in starch, roasting in melted butter to be then reduced upon a chopper. It is necessary to cut, fry in melted butter and reduce carrots, celery root and onions upon a chopper; freezing and reducing leek greens upon a chopper followed by mixing the above-mentioned vegetables with soybean sauce, bone broth, sugar and common salt. Then one should pack the mixture obtained followed by sealing and sterilization at a certain ratio of components. The innovation enables to obtain the product being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
