It is necessary to cut, fry in melted butter and reduce carrots, celery root and onions upon a chopper; freezing and reducing leek greens upon a chopper followed by mixing the above-mentioned vegetables with soybean sauce, bone broth, sugar and common salt. Then one should pack the mixture obtained followed by sealing and sterilization at a certain ratio of components. The innovation enables to obtain the product being of increased digestibility.
