SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to manufacturing canned food. The method in question deals with cutting and roasting fish fillet in melted butter; green onions and dill greens should be cut and frozen, preferably, slowly. Hen eggs should be boiled, shelled and cut. The inspected cucumbers should be cut and blanched. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with sour cream and common salt. The mixture obtained and tomato juice should be packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of manufacturing.
