SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing canned food due to reducing the prepared fish fillet upon a chopper, the prepared green onions and dill greens should be frozen, preferably, slowly and reduced upon a chopper, hen eggs should be boiled, shelled and reduced upon a chopper, cucumbers should be blanched and reduced upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with sour cream, tomato juice and common salt. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to increase the digestibility of canned food.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
