METHOD OF ACCESS AT SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PURULENT DISEASE OF MIDDLE PHALANX OF FINGER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: suppurative focus opening carry out along lateral surface of a middle phalanx of a finger on a middle-lateral lines longitudinal section. One cut carry out for 1/3 lengths of a phalanx. On other lateral surface carry out a cut with transition to the intact phalanxes on edge of ending of interphalanx joints. Exsect necrotic tissues through the cut on the middle-lateral line with transition to the intact phalanxes use other cut for wound drainage.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of treatment at the expense of reduction of postoperative complications, performance of high-grade revision of a wound, possibility of carrying out dynamic cytologic and a direct vision behind a wound process current, provision of cosmetic effect.
