FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: prior the osteotomy of the deformed bone it is necessary to remove the exostosis within the limits of healthy tissue. Then one should fulfill osteotomy of along tubular bone at the top of deformation. After osteotomy one should form an autotransplant in an osseous fragment being of larger length, for the depth of a circumferential lamella by taking into account the defect's size, at tolerance ranged 5-10 mm. Then it is important to fix and suture the wound. While applying the apparatus of external fixation it is necessary to shift the autotransplant purposefully towards the defect's area at fixed tempo of fragments' distraction. The innovation enables to correct the axis of the deformed limb, form a valuable regenerate in the defect's area, exclude the relapse of the disease in question and shorten the terms of therapy.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
