FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Exostosis within the limits of healthy tissue is removed. Autotransplant is formed in bone fragment taking into account defect size. Osteotomy of deformed bone is carried out on deformation apex and apparatus of external fixation is applied with further correction of axis of deformed bone by its dosed elongation to set length. Through cortical plate, opposite to transplant, at angle of 10-15° to skin surface and formed autotransplant in medial third pin with spiral stop site in form of single-coil spiral is passed until penetration and finding stop site in autotransplant and exit of pin on skin surface. Pin end is bent at angle 5-7° to skin surface. After that pin is fixed and wound is sewn. After relief of pain syndrome and reduction of edema autotransplant is moved into defect zone until it is covered, autotransplant being formed within the limits from 1/4 to 1/2 of bone diametre.

EFFECT: reduction of recurrence number, increase of autotransplant stabilisation in defect zone, reduction of traumatism, reduction of patient treatment terms.
