SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for surgical treatment of ulnar clubhand in children with congenital exostosis chondrodysplasia. Layer-by-layer approach is performed from a wrist joint to a bone metaphysis. Plate is placed on the periosteum, and the areas for the screws are marked under the control of an electro-optical converter. Screws are set parallel to each other along the lateral surface in the area of the epiphysis and metaphysis of the radial bone at 5 mm from the growth zone. Length of the screws should be equal to 2/3 of the bone diameter. Wounds are closed in layers, aseptic dressing is applied until wound healing by primary intention.

EFFECT: method provides correction of axial deformation of forearm bones, enables to restore range of motion and prevent formation of radial head dislocation due to minimally invasive implantation of metal fixators.
