FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: rod apparatus for intraosseous ostheosynthesis has arcs with openings, threaded beams to connect arcs together, repositioning members made in form of armpieces equipped with intraosseous rods; armpieces are fixed at arcs. Apparatus is provided with repositioning units made in form of threaded rod with universal hinge, which form fixing unit and unit for fixing intraosseous rod; rest bolt is used for stabilization of mentioned units. Intraosseous rods are capable of rotational and axial shifts; they can be fixed by nuts. Fixing unit is placed for shifts; it can be fixed by nuts. Threaded ends of repositioning members are mounted in openings of armpieces disposed onto internal surfaces of apparatus' arcs.
EFFECT: reduced traumatism; improved repositioning qualities of apparatus; higher efficiency of operation.
