FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in the proximal and distal fragments of the humerus, two channels are drilled in each and two transosseous rods are inserted in each. The transosseous rods, passing near the fracture line of the proximal and distal fragments of the humerus are fixed in articulated repositioning units and are attached to the inner surface of an arc by supporting arms. The rod-shaped device is mounted from three arcs with openings and equipped with four reducing units. The arcs are joined to each other by threaded bars. In the intermediate fragment two channels are drilled and two transosseous rods are inserted and the rods are fixed in two articulated repositioning units, which are fixed on both sides of the middle arc using supporting arms. The proximal, intermediate and distal fragments are repositioned in a single step by moving the middle arc using threaded bars, elements of the repositioning units using nuts in perpendicular directions, directly manipulating hinge joints using nuts by moving threaded rods in the supporting arms and transosseous rods, which are fitted in openings of the hinge joints with provision for rotational and axial displacements and fixation.
EFFECT: consolidation of the fracture site, accurate repositioning of bone fragments, rigid fixation of bone fragments during repositioning, reduced proneness to injury, cutting on duration of treatment.
