FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves training skill to build a perfect image and creating positive emotional mood. The result is to be fixed in physical sensations. Conditions are created mainly acoustic associations for experiencing the like states. The trainees do physical training exercises changing their emotions and ideas from positive to negative and vice versa for strengthening positive emotional mood in physical sensations. An additional skill to vary imaginary perfect image and the physical sensations, when fixing the image, is taught.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in varying psychophysiological state.
