SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to affect ocular retina with ultraviolet radiation due to applying uninterrupted ultraviolet radiation in spectral range of about 360-380 nm. Simultaneously, one should affect with impulse light radiation in spectral range of about 390-680 nm, at frequency being 0.1-1000 impulses/min. The innovation enables to decrease the intensity of optic radiation and avoid ocular lesions.
