FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods of boron separation and extraction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is pertaining to the method of boron separation, concentration and extraction from the water solution containing the boron, the strongly dissociated anions and some cations. The method provides for separation of the strongly dissociated anions by the electromigration, exercised in the first section for dilution of the electro-chemical cell and filled only by the cation-exchange material; separation of the dissociated cations, such as 7Li+ by the ionic exchange /electromigration in the same aforementioned section; separation of the boron(milletgrass) by the electrochemical dissociation/chemical dissociation and the ionic exchange/adsorption and the electromigration exercised in the second section for dilution and filled with the anion-exchange material or the mixture of the aniono- exchange and the cation-exchange material, separated from each other; extraction of separated cations in the section of the catholyte of the electrochemical cell; extraction of the separated boron, at least, in one section of the anolyte of the electrochemical cell; recirculation of the anolyte, at least, in one section of the anolyte; recirculation of the catholyte in the section of catholyte and recirculation of the deluted solution in the section for the dilution. The technical result of the invention is the supervisory control over the boron concentration in the course of extraction or its refining and some cations, similar to lithium from the water solutions and the waste waters treatment.
EFFECT: invention ensures the possibility of the supervisory control over the boron concentration in the course of its extraction, refining, over the concentration of some cations similar to lithium from the water solutions, over the waste waters treatment.
