FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: dressing stick pencil casing blind central bore accommodates sleeve press-fitted therein furnished with cutting elements arranged either regularly along the circumference or aligned with the casing. The length of aforesaid cutting elements exceeds the maximum width of their cross section. There is a washer fitted onto the said cutting elements and rigidly attached to the casing and sleeve, the washer being furnished with holes aligned with cutting elements. The cutting elements working edges are arranged in one plane perpendicular to the dressing stick axis.

EFFECT: accurate arrangement of cutting elements, dressing by one or two detachable cutting elements, reduced consumption of diamond dressing tools, higher finishing quality and efficiency.
