FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods and devices for purification of mining and industrial waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is pertaining to purification of industrial waste waters from the heavy metals and organic impurities. The method of purification of sewage includes delivery of the acidic mining or industrial waste waters and the carbon-containing sorbent in the sodium-form in the working tank stirring of the obtained mixture till its neutralization. The reacted mixture is continuously being withdrawn from working tank, divide into the solid and liquid phases, the solid phase is reclaimed, and the purified liquid phase is used as the recycling production process water. The carbon-containing sorbent in the sodium-form is produced be stirring and aging of the mixture containing the brown coal, the sodium hydroxide and the recirculated production process water in the reactors with the stirrers. Purification process is conducted using the installation, which includes the charging device with the storage bins and batchers, the working tank with stirring device, the block of separation with the filtering device installed in it and the whizzer, the measuring tank and the device of production of the carbon sorbent made in the form of the connected among themselves reactors with the stirrers. The latter it is connected to the charging device, the working and measuring tanks. The measuring tank is also connected with the block of separation. Working tank is made in the form of the reactor connected to the reactors of the device of production of the carbon sorbent.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures reliable purification of industrial waste waters from the heavy metals and organic impurities.
