FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods and the devices for production of the products from the composite material, containing the carbonic reinforcing constructions.

SUBSTANCE: invention is pertaining to production of the products made out of the composite material containing the carbonic reinforcing construction strengthened by the matrix, formed by the chemical infiltration from the gaseous phase. Technical result of the invention is the reduced duration of the production process and its cost. The invention provides for the thermal treatment of the constructions located in the chamber (11) at the temperature from 1400°С up to 2500°С with blow-off by the neutral gas and under the lowered pressure from 0.1 up to 50 kPa at continuous withdrawal of the gaseous waste through the first gaseous outlet (40) connected to the circuit of the wastes withdrawal. After termination of the thermal treatment the first gaseous outlet is shut for disconnection of the gaseous waste withdrawal circuit from the chamber. Blow-off of the chamber by the neutral gas is interrupted and exercise sequentially sealing of the skeletons by feeding in the chamber of the gas-reagent, at least, through one pipe duct (32) of feeding of the gas-reagent exiting into the chamber. At that exercise withdrawal of the gaseous waste through the second gaseous outlet (60) is different from the first one. The second gaseous outlet during the phase of the thermal treatment is shut.

EFFECT: invention ensures the reduced duration of the production process and its cost.
