FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods and devices used for manufacture of the carbonic products.
SUBSTANCE: invention is pertaining to manufacture of the carbonic products. Technical result of the invention is reduction of the manufactured products prime cost, the decreased production process duration. The method under this invention includes: the first phase, at which the carbon parent substance is converted into carbon by means of heating; and the second phase providing for the high-temperature thermal treatment at the low pressure. Both phases provide for continuous withdrawing of the separated gaseous product. The first and second phases are conducted one after another in the same furnace. At that after completion of the first phase the following stages are executed: changeover switching of the block of withdrawal of the separated gaseous product from the furnace with interruption of the connection with the first withdrawing device and arrange the connection with the second withdrawing device; adjustment of the pressure inside the furnace up to the pressure required for the second phase - 0.5-50 kPa; adjustment of the temperature of heating of the furnace starting from temperature of 750-1100°С attained in the end of the first phase up to the temperature of 1400-2500°С conforming to the second phase.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of the manufactured products prime cost, the decreased duration of the production process.
