FIELD: hot molding; hot rolling of seamless pipes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains the following components, mass-%: solid lubricating material, 10-40; water-dispersible synthetic resin, 5-20; salt of inorganic acid with amine, 0.5-5; water 45-80. Used as water-dispersible synthetic resin is vinyl acetate polymer obtained through emulsion polymerization with the use of protective colloid selected from group containing hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium and ammonium salt , or vinyl acetate polymer obtained through emulsion polymerization with the use of copolymer surfactant. According to another version, used as water-dispersible synthetic resin is resin obtained through polymerization, mass-%: main monomer, 85-99.7; monomer having functional group selected from carboxylic group, epoxy group, amine group and acetoacetyl group, 0.1-7; cross-linking monomer, 0-5 and copolymer surfactant, 2.1-7. Used as main monomer are two or more monomers selected from methacrylic ester or acrylic ester; solubility in water of main monomer is 1% and lesser. Proposed composition has enhanced lubricating ability at temperature of 80° C and higher and enhanced washability at low temperature (below 40° C).

EFFECT: enhanced lubricating ability without peeling; enhanced washability at low temperatures.
