SUBSTANCE: proposed steel contains the following constituents, mass-%: carbon, 0.4-0.6; silicon, 0.4-0.6; manganese, 1.0-2.0; chromium, 4.0-5.0; nickel, 1.0-2.0; molybdenum, 4.0-5.0; vanadium, 1.8-2.2 Titanium, 0.1-0.2; aluminum, 0.1-0.2; hafnium, 1.0-2.0; cobalt, 1.0-2.0; niobium, 2.0-3.0; copper, 0.4-0.6; barium, 0.004-0.008; the remainder being iron.
EFFECT: enhanced heat resistance of steel.
