The steel contains the following components, % weight: carbon 0.2-0.8, silicon 0.2-0.8, manganese 10.0-15.0, chromium 0.5-1.5, vanadium 0.8-1.2, titanium 0.5-1.0, nickel 1.0-2.0, nitrogen 0.05-0.1, aluminium 0.1-0.2, barium 0.003-0.008, niobium 0.8-1.2, molybdenum 4.0-5.0, iron being the remaining.
EFFECT: increased mechanical strength of steel.
