FIELD: electrolytic processes for forming protection coatings.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of electrochemical treatment realized in aqueous solution of electrolyte containing, g/l: NaAlO2, 15 - 30; Na2 CO3, 10 - 20; Na3PO4·12H2O, 10 -25; dimethyl glyoxym, 1.0 - 1.5 in anode mode for 10 - 20 min at voltage varying from 0 till 180 -200V at rate 0.2 - 0.3 V/s and then in bipolar mode for 5 - 10 min at constant anode voltage in range 180 - 200V and density of cathode electric current component 1.0 - 1.5 A/cm2.
EFFECT: improved elasticity and adhesion of protection coatings of article of titanium nickelide, enhanced corrosion resistance of article with such coatings.
