FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used in traumatology and orthopaedics. Calcium-phosphate coating of titanium and titanium alloy implants is associated with plasma-electrolytic implant processing with using pulse current in electrolyte containing calcium citrate and sodium phosphate. Processing is performed with pulse current of anode and cathode pulse duration 0.0033-0.02 in monopolar galvanostatic mode at effective current density 3-5 A/cm2 and final formation voltage 350-380 V within 10-15 minutes. Then during 3-5 min implant is processed in bipolar mode of potentiodynamic anode content at voltage up to 280-300 V and galvanostatic cathode component of effective current density 1.0-1.5 A/cm2.
EFFECT: production of coating possessing high bioactivity and osteoinductivity ensured by qualitative and quantitative composition close to mineral composition of bone tissue, calcium/phosphorus ratio comparable to that of bone tissue, as well as by its porous structure.
